Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out. Great catch here! Phishing emails are tricky and I've received a few myself. I'd be happy to shed some light on identifying legit messages from Stripe.
Stripe's email addresses always end with '@stripe.com', so anything not from that domain isn't from us. As an example, my email is msaechao-voxpro@stripe.com. Our emails are always sent out in plain text without any special formatting--so, if you ever see either of these things, it's a good sign that the email might be a phishing attempt. With that being said, the message you sent in looks quite legit to me. For the extra peace of mind, you could also log in to your account and confirm what the email references, such as changes to your bank account. Using the link below, you'd be able to verify your new bank details:
https://dashboard.stripe.com/account
I've provided a link to a helpful read on identifying suspicious emails:
https://support.stripe.com/questions/i-got-a-suspicious-email-from-someone-claiming-to-be-stripe-how-do-i-know-if-it-s-legitimate
Going forward, if you're ever unsure, you can always forward emails in for us to confirm. I hope this provided some insight. If you had any questions down the road, feel free to write in. It's always a pleasure to assist any way we can!
Cheers,
Mey
